Equipment Needed in Guatemala and Bolivia

The NRECA International Foundation is seeking equipment and materials for donation. Items will be used in projects in rural areas of Guatemala and Bolivia, where we have ongoing projects and activities:

Guatemala
   • 16,000 meters (240 v)
   • 24 transformers (7.6/13.8 kV – 12/240 v)
   • 1 (small) bucket truck
   • Hot sticks

The Guatemala projects are also in need of a large assortment of lineman tools. For a full list of needs, visit the Guatemala donations page.

Bolivia
Projects in Bolivia have extensive equipment needs. Visit the Bolivia donations page for a full list.

The Foundation will pay all transport costs for donated equipment, from the donor co-op to the item's destination. The only thing we request is assistance from donors in packing and loading materials into shipping containers, which will be provided.

If you have any questions about the donations program or would like to donate any of the above-requested items, please contact Katalina Mayorga via email or by phone at 703-907-5692.
